I’m disappointed in the service my daughter and I receive today. We waited over 5 mins in the drive up line. When she asked if anyone was there, we were asked to wait again. Not sure what was happening but she ordered three times because he couldn’t hear her. This place has roaches.
Please hire more staff who can speak clearly. Also, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for a bagel when I’m the second person in line. I had to leave it there because I was going to be late for work. As a 6 month pregnant lady craving a bagel I’m so sad.
Panera Bread on Union Avenue is one of my favorite spots in Memphis! The restaurant is always clean, bright, and welcoming — perfect for a quick bite, a coffee break, or even a casual meeting.
