even though I generally like Panera food, this location does not warrant you stopping. We stopped on a Sunday morning when it was not busy and we're completely ignored by the staff which consist of of at least nine people walking around without even making eye contact or asking if we needed help. One person who appeared to be a manager, was seated in the back and looked out and saw us and then just sat back. Confusing parking lot and entry/exit. Poorly placed entry doors, very institutional interior...no charm, food display like in airports, indifferent employees. No customers. What happened to Panera! The old location across the street was a bustling, charming, much beloved place with friendly efficient employees, a wonderful selection of breads, pastries, soups and more.
