Their is only ONE good customer service worker here, just ONE...Mona. If she isn't there, you have to wait 10 minutes just for ONE scone or any baked good. The rest of the staff are very nonchalant and not that friendly. If they are going to be that slow, and mean....SLOW, unless Mona is there, at least have some good Customer service with better ATTITUDES! Oh, a kiosk machine makes everything worse. I give service and atmosphere 5 stars when Mona is there, but 1 star when she isn't.
Panera used to be one of my favorite places I've had bad luck lately but I haven't been to this one in a very long time. Went out of my way after work to come over here waited a while in the drive through get up to the window and there is a very confused person. I ordered my friend's sandwich and then went to order the you pick two for me and she said all they had was soup that's it that was the only thing. This was our first time coming to this location! My daughter ordered some tomatoe soup and a 1/2 cheese sandwich, a baguette, cookie and a large strawberry lemonade. Delicious!
Horrible place. Horrible service! Today is 9 11 2025. I went in at about 330 pm for lunch. I complained about the scarcity of the chicken soup and one of the servants in the back. A black male threatened to fight me. Stay awaybfrom this place. It is a reason they don't have five stars. Horrible service !!
