Order of a pick 2 was 15 minutes late while I watched the staff socializing and another employee face timing while preparing the food.
The Lathrup Village Panera has become progressively unreliable and unfriendly over the years. I moved to the area in 2010 when Steve Nash managed the store and it was a family environment. Food was good and so was the service. Now, I rarely visit but when I do I am greeted almost with anger. My organization placed a large order for breakfast and lunch for an all day retreat.
