The lady manager is awful very rude taking costumers always with attitude taking orders
This was my first time entering a Panera at hospital lij where I was family member of patient in lij Panera. Manager Deri Ramlakhan was very rude , not professional yelling on me in front of all other costumers that I am not allow to use disposable cup from kosher room and I have to pay for hot water. What did she think I will not pay ?! I paid for hot water and showed to another male manager that was very helpful ,he gave it to me phone number that I can file a complaint, called twice -no answer. Ordered a strawberry poppyseed chicken salad yesterday, paid full price. Only received half of it with no strawberries, no blueberries, & yellow inedible lettuce.
