this is my wife's favorite place. The food is fine. The service is crap. I can't stand going in and I live 2 blocks away.

If you walk in and don't see an adult (anyone out of high school) turn around and leave. You'll be ignored while the staff chats and then they'll get your order wrong, even if you repeated it.
