We ordered an online order. Got there to pick it up and received a it will be late text after the time it was supposed to be done. While waiting I watched the screen and read "checking the order". Great. Get my order and head home. Upon returning to my house I open the bag. Yikes!! My wife ordered the Strawberry poppy chicken salad with extra chicken. Went to panera last night at 8 to order the you pick 2 wanted a ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich and French onion soup i was told by the girl on headset that they don’t serve the ciabatta cheese steak that it’s not out yet and wont be until the future when its on there menu and online menu and that they don’t have any french onion soup in all reality think they just didn’t wanna make it called back the next day and was told they do in fact serve the ciabatta cheesesteak
They ran out of "bread"... wait time for both my drive thru visit and my last visit with my entire family to sit inside was awful. The folks taking the orders play gossip girls rather than help.
