Good food. A bit pricey for fast food but I like to go once in a while for something different. Always fresh food , changing seasonal menu. Great coffee, baked goods and breads.
I used to love Panera back in 2014 because the food quality was excellent. Unfortunately, over the years the quality has declined a lot. At this point, I can’t even enjoy a simple bowl of soup there anymore. The food just isn’t what it used to be. I recently bought soup for my daughter, and the portion size and quality did not match the price at all. I belong to the sip club and order drinks all over the country when I travel. At this particular Panera when I ordered my coffee with cream and Splenda on my app, Ian in the drive thru added the cream, but not the Splenda. I questioned him about this and he said they don't add Splenda. However, they added cream, so I don't see why I didn't have my drink prepared as ordered.
