Long wait in drive through. Wrong order once I got to window to pay. Felt disorganized but could clearly see employees standing around. Person at drive thru was condescending while taking order. If you are willing to deal with this, the food was great.

I ordered online and used the drive-thru to pick up my salad with extra dressing and bread. I paid for a full salad, but the container was barely half full. I got chicken - like 3 pieces... and the bread was entirely missing. Since I was very busy that evening I only realized it when the restaurant was already closed. I sent a complaint to Panera customer Service, and was informed it will take them 3 days to reply. Nope, not again! This is sloppy and questionable!
On 5/29/26 7:30pm I ordered a Tomato Brasil BLT the sandwich was not made well compared to the other locations it was like they slapped everything together all over the place.
Had to order 4 times with the same person…. Felt like we were speaking a foreign language. Only wanted 4 bagels. Just stick to the kiosk for ordering. My bagel was wet while they had racks of fresh ones sitting next to the counter.
