Very SLOW service!! They are working on all pickups will those sitting in the dining room wait forever for their food. Dine in soup was given in a take out cup. Smaller portion. Two weeks ago they were out of bread - with Panera in their name how could they be out of BREAD!! That is what they do. The other night they did not have any chips as a side. I usually like Panera and will go to others but not back to this one - Poorly managed.
Just awful and departed without picking up my online order.
Nice atmosphere and efficient service. I had the Southwest salad.The romaine lettuce had alot of stem pieces. Core Eatery (right next door) has a much better Southwest salad.
Come to a dirty gross café and pay luxury prices for gas station tier food.
