I go here everyday. I'm part of the unlimited sip club. The staff is very friendly.
Place has gone downhill. Every time i go in there the coffee pots are empty Complaining doesn’t help. They take their sweet time to make more. Staffing is always short. You never can find an employee. They don’t even light the fireplace. I would avoid at all costs
Best panera and kindest manager ever!
Took over 20minutes to get order at half empty restaurant. Manager unhelpful.
