Workers are absolutely incoherent and untrained. My boyfriend and I just came with a list of what we wanted at 8:30 so we wouldn’t make the staff wait and they could get the order done in time for close, it is annoying but I too work in food service, it’s how it works! They would not listen, it took 5 people to tell one girl what to do, they had us pull up to the window and still were confused.
