Food wasn't the problem, in fact it was pretty damn good but the service was terrible. Why are the employees so rude and borderline hostile? Paying customers should be treated with some sort of respect. Am I wrong? Come on Panera, do better with the hiring process. We deserve better!
LG mac n cheese, but mainly cheese man. Give me some more noodles please, it was like Mac n cheese soup.
Why is this place so expensive??
Never had a good experience here, weird over processed food and lazy inept service.
Amazing service - don’t know the name of the manager - Some people don’t just do their job—they leave a lasting impression. Thank you to the amazing Panera manager for going above and beyond. You made the experience unforgettable.
