Do not order online ! They robbed me of 38.00 and some change for food that never got delivered by a doordash driver who said he delivered it but did not. Im 67 yrs old and couldnt chase him down when I saw him driving away. They don't even advertise that thwy use a 3rd party delivery or I would have not submitted the order in the 1st place because I already KNOW door dash is scandalous. Great menu for people who like healthier or lighter bites. The menu has a little something for everyone. This location for dine-in is actually really nice for a fast food chain.
So disappointing that the manager on duty would rather lie than take accountability for her behavior. Ruined the experience and we left without eating. Be careful when asking them for the food that is included in the meals you PAY for because they will choose to ignore you, attack you and then lie.
Staff is super friendly, and they always get my order right. The only issue is that they are regularly out of ingredients. How does a sandwich shop run out of tomatoes? And arugula? AND basil?
I haven’t had Panera in such a long time now I wonder why my food was cold and my sandwich was not that great they didn’t give me any utensils or napkins and it was slow no one was in line and I had to wait for my baguette bread they forgot it in my bag onion soup over all was okay but the steak sandwich I don’t recommend
