My friends and I had a group lunch at this panera, and in the following days all of us ended up getting a horrible case of stomach flu. Genuinely the worst sickness I've had in the past 5 years. I hope they do more training on sanitization because this shouldn't have happened.
Do not go through drive thru. Takes forever! If you order food ahead of time. Go inside to pick up. Otherwise you will be stuck in drive thru line forever
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service has been consistently disappointing. My most recent visit was especially frustrating—I waited about 40 minutes in the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me, and I had only ordered a single sandwich. On my previous two visits, I went inside and had to sit at tables that were still dirty, even though the restaurant was nearly empty.
