We got 2 breakfast bagels and our eggs were cold, and the bagel was not toasted. When i went to pick up my order it looked like the girl was playing on her phone. My avacado was half black, and barely any tomato. The worst. Also a brand new carafe of coffee and it was warm.
Costumer service has been replaced by kiosks that are slow and hard to work with. So basically there's no customer service, the people that are making food move slower every week I think.
I saw a dead rats tail in my pasta
Love the food but sure has gotten really slow with the workers talking non stop and forgetting part of our order
