Bad service, one person did all the work while another person sat on the floor in plain view on their phone doing nothing so the order took 25 mins to wait for 2 cookies. Hopefully they find her better co workers
Panera is one of my favorite places to eat, but everytime I go this location in the drive tru this server/cashier Lachelle is very very rude to me. Ex: today I went there and she overcharged me. I asked her why is my bill that much, she proceeded to roll her eyes and gave me a whole attitude. She’s very unprofessional and doesn’t need to be assisting people with such attitude.
I don’t usually write reviews bc I am a busy mom to two kiddos. Well today’s the day! Yall got me on a good day. I placed an order through the drive thru. I am always super kind to service workers because I’ve heard of some crazy stuff people do to your food. Anyway the girl in the drive thru was so nasty. I ordered and she responded in these vague open ended statements. So I’m asking questions to understand what she’s trying to say. 外圍有不多的停車位，有幾個外帶停車位，也有外帶車道，裡面座位頗多，但建議避免用餐時間才可不用等待，麵包套餐項目挺多也有湯品，有咖啡及飲料選擇，可放鬆不少時間。
