Panera Bread gave away free kids meals at the Honor Roll ceremony of my kid's school, so I brought them super exited to get their meals. Since I presented the coupons to apply to my full purchase, which was $40 after the discount, their faces were already upsetting. First they told me only one was to be applied, I had my 2 kids coupons. Horrible service. I waited over 20 minutes for a coffee while eating my food with nothing to drink. When I asked about my order, the woman at the front had a terrible attitude and said she was “pissed off.” I then waited another 10 minutes for either a refund or a replacement drink. It’s a nice place, but I definitely won’t be coming back.
I ordered curbside pick up. Then received a email saying it was delayed. Eventually the email said there ready. I went to the drive thru . It wasn’t really long. It took literally about 30 minutes to get to the window… the girl ask me what my order was . I had to pull up my order with the ingredients and she took a picture of it on her phone … the food was taped closed . Just to find out my chips were missing from my order but I didn’t have more patience to go back .. worst experience ever. Usually this location is always on... read more
Horrible customer service. I've never experienced this type of service at any other location. HORRIBLE!
