Service is always friendly here and service is quick. Today on my visit Alana went out of her way to give me superb service🥰
This Panera has contracted with a predatory towing company, Barnes Towing, to seize customer cars, tow them and exhort them for $360 cash or $450 by credit card, minutes after they park in the Panera lot. I have contacted Panera Corporate and they said it is out of their juridiction and yet this Panera has an arrangement with a towing company that snatches cars within minutes of parking.
