First Panera.bread I’ve been to that served old unsweetened tea. It’s like McDonald’s. They let the unsweetened tea just sit there forever.
The decline of this location is something that should be scientifically reviewed. Can’t even make a grilled cheese anymore. 3 attempts over 6 months only got progressively worse. Then have the nerve to charge so much for it. The final time the bread never hit a heat source. No attempt was made at all. Wife was missing major components on one of the fancy sandwiches.
