Sandwich had ENTIRELY TOO MUCH RANCH DRESSING! I would have taken it back if I wasn't miles away when I saw it!
The African American working drive thru Monday Oct 27 around 8pm is very rude. Don’t even say anything to the customers! Panera deserves better than that!
I understand that there’s a such thing as a busy hour (lunch time) but to be waiting for an order (one simple sandwich) in drive thru for 10 minutes is absurd. Having people move up and continue to wait without a complimentary drink or dessert at the very least is bad customer service. Food is great. But the wait….:NO THANK YOU.
Love the French onion soup bread bowl. Soups are great. Bread is good of course. Great cookies.
I had a procedure earlier in the day before my most recent visit to Panera Bread, so I wasn’t in the best mood. Still, I had my heart set on some Panera, and they completely exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, which I appreciated even more since I was feeling a little extra needy today.
