Everyone in the establishment front to back just incompetent. Being open 24 hours is killing those people cause everybody order is always wrong? Might start looking into a regime change over there honestly.! Worst Panera if you seeing this don’t even waste your time.

Very disappointed. Ordered toasted caprese focaccia.... Came to pick it up and discovered that my sandwich didn't have mozzarella inside what kind of business is this?
Awful... Ordered online and paid 2.80 extra for a fruit cup. Arrived to the store 30 minutes later to pick up the order and it said sold out. No refund. No sorry. Why do you allow ordering online if you don't have items available at the store? Doesn't make any sense. Should integrate a live stock option to the website so customers know what's available and what's not in every particular store.
