On September 2, 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM, I had one of the most disrespectful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at this Panera Bread location. Muy decepcionada con mi experiencia. Ordené un grilled cheese modificado en everything bagel, con queso provolone y extra aguacate, pero cuando recibí mi pedido no tenía absolutamente nada de aguacate, a pesar de que pagué extra por él. Yes the sign says Panera, so you will think it’s like any other one. But this Panera has something no other restaurant has, and that’s Leon. Leon has such a contagious smile and he is always walking around making sure everyone has everything they need. Starting short conversations to brighten your day. Great customer service and an amazing attitude. Thank you Leon for making my day better.
Panera @ SR64 Bradenton is very clean and well organized. I ordered on the screen very efficient. Krystal and the team are awesome. Service with a Smile. Very positive experience!!!
