Ive ordered from this location various times online, its about a 50/50 chance our orders ever right. Multiple times has it showed up with missing items, burnt, or not even the right items.
I’ve had repeated bad experiences at this location. Orders are frequently incorrect with missing items, and the drive-thru is extremely inefficient. Wait times are consistently over 15 minutes with little to no communication from staff. There is also no proper line management. Cars with large orders are not directed to pull forward, which holds up the entire line. I once ordered a single item and still had to wait as long as a large order because of this. Employee called Leon..is extremely rude!! Kind of crazy rude! Just coz I asked questions about the food!!! I wonder if he doesn't know that this is part of h8s job!!and he should do it with patience and respect!!he ruined my dayy!!!I pay money to get my day ruind!!!!
