I hate to leave bad reviews but this was too awful an experience not to. I ordered ahead and showed up at the time of my order pickup. I then proceeded to wait twenty minutes until my order was finally ready. My order was supposed to include a bread bowl. Instead I received a giant bag of bread and a tiny bowl of soup. Due to the way it was packed it looked like a bread bowl and a few baguettes on top. That meant I didn't discover the issue until arriving home twenty minutes away. The bubbles machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few days.
Not sure why she had such difficulty getting out order correct and it took along time to get our food even though there was noone in front of us when we came in and ordered. Also had to go back as part of our order somehow didn't make it into our bag.
The overall dining experience always feels smooth and enjoyable.
