Nice to have part of Piedmont Hospital. Staff is very pleasant every time I go. Food and drinks come out quickly.

My breakfast sandwich, made by Jay, was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The egg, smoked chicken, avocado and chipotle mayo was a great combo. Jay made the perfect sandwich and was so kind during my visit it compelled me to write this review. I cannot say enough great things about the Panera team at the Marcus Tower in the Piedmont Atlanta hospital lobby.
The store management is extremely rude and insensitive when serving family members of hospital patients. Water cups must be requested (and are tiny). There were 3 workers visible and non would come over to give me one, even after making eye contact. I had been staying in the hospital 3 days with 2 separate family members in ICU, and a cup of water would have been so easy to provide while I was waiting for my order.
