I've been to this location before but today may be the last. While the food was fine, the service was atrocious. I waited approximately 50 minutes for my food, the restaurant was littered with trash, trash cans were overflowing, and the dishes were piled up. There was no urgency exhibited by anyone including the management. This is not the Panera standard. I will assume it has something to do with a lack of staff, but then fix the problem or let people know.
The worst than last time experience at Panera. Thirty minute wait for a breakfast sandwich and smoothie... the yorgurt in the smoothie was near spoiled and the sandwich was the size of a half dollar.
Placed an order for 2 bacon bravos yesterday evening around 7pm on 5/8/26. Sat in the drive through line for 45 min waiting to get to the window just for the employees to try and give us someone else's order. Then we were told our order was still being prepared. So we waited at the window for another 5 to 10 min. Not sure how it takes over 45 min to make 2 cold sandwiches. Not like they were short staffed as there were 5 to 6 employees running around.
