We came in on July 4th, we came in and Phoebe was an absolutely amazing person. Phoebe had an amazing personality making people, including us, feel at home, smiled the whole time. The food was great and all the employees treated us with respect. Phoebe was the best who cared about our safety during the severe storm that rolled through. Because of Phoebe we will be coming back to this location. You need more employees like Phoebe.
The young man working at the food counter, with a bunch of pins on his hat and bleached spots in his hair, was acting inappropriately for a space that is wide open and where customers can clearly hear what is being said. I first noticed this when I started hearing a plethora of curse words coming from his mouth. I know the fast-food industry can be frustrating, but as a mother with young kids, I do not need my children hearing these words during what is supposed to be a relaxing meal.
