Mac and cheese is amazing
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Panera. Use the mobile quick pick up app. Pull up to speaker notify them I’m picking up my order. She’s says we’re just packing that up please pull all the way around back and we’ll bring that right out. Do that, wait 15 mins, no one comes. They see me from the window and nothing. I then call. Very nice. Not huge, but feels reasonably spacious. Extremely polite staff. Good restrooms.
