I usually love going to Panera bread but this location was the first one I actually felt very uncomfortable eating at. The cashier was uncertain how to ring up my order. I ordered 4 items and was dining in. I was only one of 2 customers in the restaurant The other customer was already sitting and eating by the time I entered. I came through the drive thru this morning at 642Am a lady in front of me took 3 mins to place her order by the time the lady came around to the 2nd window I ended up waiting an additional 12 mins behind the same car that placed the 3 mins order. The employee handed 2 extra large bags out of the window to the customer. I was still waiting at the window for my single bagel order just to sit and wait more time 2 mins and my order wasn’t ready. The restaurant is filthy, the food is sloppy, and the staff is checked out. Iykyk.
This is a brand new restaurant. Clean it. The bathroom is filthy, as are the carpets.
