Unfortunately we keep having issues with our orders here, to the point where we would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location. My husband picked up our food this morning and they had to remake his order twice, and when we got home and I pulled mine out, they made me a sandwich that isn't even on the menu. It's frustrating that for the amount we are paying we don't receive a consistent product.
Can do better. How do just throw a bagel in the bag with other items not even put it in a wrap. Let alone I clicked the sliced and toasted button on panera website order page. Very disappointed.
Ordered 2 hot Madagascar lattes and the cashier ranged one up but iced when I told the guy who works there making the drinks (I think he was a manager) that I ordered 2 hot lattes he just had to tell me with an attitude “No, it was iced” so he made the drink again and when he gave it to me he told me with a smile “Try not to get run over out there”. Why the comment?
This place is a rip off $15.78 for a little cup of macaroni n cheese will never eat at this place I hope they shut down
