A frequent work spot for me. Rarely crowded. Timely service. Good food
Lousy customer service. Third time I ordered a bread bowl and did not get the bowl. Three strikes I'm done!!! And no I'm not driving there to pickup that's why we had it delivered
They got our order wrong, but at least they fixed the problem. One thing that I was surprised about though was the fact that at other Paneras they offer you a treat if they get your order wrong and here they didn't.
