If you want to pay $12 and get a sandwich that looks like this, then Panera is your place. Honestly disgraceful. This place is going downhill. Placed a take out order in the app, was told it was ready on the pickup shelf. Walked around looking (4 employees, not a single one said anything to me) and finally found it on the counter.
