All the employees here are fun, kind, and enthusiastic. I've seen lots of different faces over the past year, but no matter what they're always very welcoming. I sit and eat in this Panera a lot cause I work in the mall and it's convenient and comfortable. I don't like Panera as a brand. Panera the company chooses to make tasteless food that smells like a floor drain and overpriced coffee and tea. For taking avocado off the Mediterranean Veggie and then charging an extra $2.50 to put it back on. Be so for real.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Even understaffed this Panera went above and beyond to feed my track team and give them excellent food and service. Truly grateful for all they did for us!

My daughter and I both got food poisoning from eating at panera bread at sw Plaza mall. Definitely wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone
