Ordered a “You pick 2” 1/2 sandwich with a bread bowl for $21. No bread bowl received and got the ends on a bread loaf for my sandwich (which I understand happens) and the sandwich was tiny, but what shouldn’t happen ontop of that is the size I received was a cup not a bowl($2.99 extra). Wouldn’t be the end of the world to not get the bread bowl but at least give me the right size I ordered. I barely eat at this establishment but when I have I never get this type of trash service. Three of us came into the restaurant today and were attended to by Rosa who could not have been more helpful. Told us what was in each item, which cheese was used and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and a credit to the team !!
I won't be returning to this location. Last time the Drink station was atrocious for being as slow as they had been. Today it was busy, but the staff trew away the ticket without putting a cup up. I'll go to other locations that keep a cleaner area and will actually put a cup up when ordered
