We entered the store at about 9:30 a.m. we ordered two coffees and a bagel. 10 minutes later we finally received our order. In theory they had warmed the bagel but perhaps they forgot to turn the oven on! The coffee was literally less than lukewarm out of the carafe. The bagel was okay, even if it was not warm. The coffee sucked! I actually like my coffee warm, not cold. They likely couldn't even give the coffee away, much less sell it if people knew how bad it was.
The kitchen team is great. The organization is upping their game!
Might as well be run by robots. NO human interaction
