This Panera had great atmosphere AND service. I have the unlimited sips club and have been to many different locations. I noticed the music was louder than locations I was used to. When I requested the volume be lowered, they not only adjusted without question, but the manager sought me out to make sure all was good AND she checked up on other customers.
