It has happened too often, like today, that none of the items we ordered -on the Panera app- were as we ordered them. One sandwich had no avocado, whereas the other sandwich had avocado when it was not supposed to, AND the cheese was left off; the salad had none of the onions that were ordered. Panera is, basically, unreliable.
One of our favorites. We ask our adult children for gift cards because we have our special choices to eat.
They closed the one closest to me. I'm sad.
Best experience ever at a Panera Bread. One employee stood out his name is Koston. He was all over the restaurant addressing any ones needs including taking your dirty dishes away and clearing your table. Staff at the front extremely helpful! Great Job!!!
