Ordered takeout/delivery from this location. My entire choice to order from Panera was for the Broccoli Cheddar Soup with Baguettes. They were out of baguettes and instead of reaching out, or allowing me the option to cancel my order and get something else, they simply threw a ton of chips in the bag (which I don’t like nor did I order). 1 Star for not updating online menus with Out of Stock items, bad customer communication, replacing it with items I didn’t like nor ask for.
Fast service and great customer service
The broccoli cheddar soup with bread was good, but there wasn’t enough soup for all the bread. The salad was big and healthy.
What kind of quality is this? The chipotle chicken avocado? It wasn’t even spread out and just one slice of avocado ? and the chicken looks funny, thanks for ruining my lunch Panera. Will not be ordering from this location again.
