There was a line, but there were two cashiers so we moved right along. And our food was ready in about the right amount of time.
We just left the Panera on Telephone Road, Moore, which is on our way home after working until 8:00pm. When we got home we were missing a sandwich. It happens, especially when the crew is more interested in talking to each other than make the order. What we didn't appreciate was when we called back - no apology, just "yeah, I'm looking at it".
