I never post poor reviews, but I’ve given this Panera Bread a handful of tries since I lived down the road. Unfortunately, every time I go, I get poorly prepared food… Picture is of most recent meal example. I chose a 2 with a barbecue chicken sandwich. There’s two tiny crumbs of chicken thrown between the two pieces of bread… as you can see. I spent $17 on this type of meal…. Very disappointing…
I ordered a Bravo Bacon Turkey and Avocado sandwich and waited a long time. Then the sandwich that I goat was just a turkey sandwich. I didn’t find out until I got home! Bad business!!!
Their salads are fresh and delicious.
I ordered 4 items 2 breakfast sandwiches, a toasted bagel and an avocado toast. Waited about 20 minutes for our food and didn't even get one of my sandwiches. My wifes sandwich the eggs were even cold. When I said they forgot my sandwich they said there were a couple orders ahead of my sandwich so it might be a while. I got a refund for it and left, I wont be back. Genuinely how do you mess up a 4 item order?
