Bagles are so dinky now I think they need a new name: Bagel Bloblettes, Bagel Nibbles, Bagel Dots, Bagel Shots ... you name it. The toppings (i.e. cheese) were barely existent. Panera Bread has gone down hill so far. I won't be back.
Why is the wait time so long? This is my biggest grievance!
If you want to WAY overpay for a small portion of food ($18 for a small sandwich and bag of chips- yes for real, I just left) and have your order rung in wrong, have to wait a long time for said overpriced food, and then have the young people behind the counter be snotty to you, Then this is the place for you!
I ordered a steak sandwich. In the photo on the menu it looked loaded and very filled with toppings and meat. When I got home to eat it, the first two bites were just wet bread. When I opened it and looked inside I was completely shocked...I didn't find even one piece of steak. It was literally just sauce on bread with a couple peppers...I will never eat here again
