I ordered 4 items 2 breakfast sandwiches, a toasted bagel and an avocado toast. Waited about 20 minutes for our food and didn't even get one of my sandwiches. My wifes sandwich the eggs were even cold. When I said they forgot my sandwich they said there were a couple orders ahead of my sandwich so it might be a while. I got a refund for it and left, I wont be back. Genuinely how do you mess up a 4 item order?
Ugh! I was the first order that morning and I ordered a hot chai. They told me that the machine was being worked on into pull ahead and park. Assuming it would just be a few minutes since I was on my way to work. 20 minutes later I had to go in and get an update. I feel someone should have ran outside and given me an update out of respect for my time and given me an option to give me a credit. The breakfast was just mediocre as well.
