I placed a catering order for a training event, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the original location didn't receive the order, which I only discovered when a staff member went to pick it up. Give us napkins in the lobby. I'm tired of sticky soda mess getting on me and not being able to clean it up.
The employees here are AWFUL! My sandwich was mysteriously wet and soggy and I couldn’t even force myself to eat it.
I live literally right next to this walk-in only location. Though I would have preferred a dine-in location, a place where me and.my wife could eat and drink and do our school work, I've really come to appreciate this place. I order here quite frequently. Of the several dozen orders I've placed, only one has had missing items. In this event, I was quickly credited for the entire meal, which, to me, represents a very solid model for customer service.
