A boy with a large leaking pimple took my order. I saw him use his bare hand to pick a bagel for another customer. When I opened my bag for my pastry it had 2 nasty hairs on it. Tossed it and I vow never to go to Panera again. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PLACES?
Like other Paneras I've visited, this place is friendly, clean, and inviting. If you like bagels, this is your place. Lots of variety and plenty of dining space. Good coffee too.
