Panera Bread, where do I even begin... I dined in alone for lunch. I ordered a choose two meal with a sandwich and soup at the self service device, and to say it was subpar would be an understatement! The bread (sourdough??) was unusually hard as a rock, and my soup was lukewarm at best. While the food was tolerable, the service was not. Given this place 5 chances and every single time they continue to give us the complete wrong order and get slower and slower every time.
Cleaned our own table while employees chatted. Not one clean table in the entire restaurant
