They have the WORST drive thru service! 10 minutes in the drive thru for ONE drink, no one ahead of me and no one behind the the whole entire time. There seem to be like 3 people in the kitchen and I know they were not busy inside.
Some places are selling left over food N floor mat and soda machine are very dirty N lot of bacteria .... They need to be improve soda machine area... They don't clean at all...
Been a minute since I’ve been to Panera. I always consider it overpriced airline food. Anyway, I have a sick kid and he wanted some tomato soup and grilled cheese from here. I told him I could easily make it at home he wanted this. I went to order online two soups and two sandwiches and it said like 10 min. Then at checkout the wait goes to 1.5 hours!
