Up front, I come here for bakery items, not for eating. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, courteous and helpful. Their sourdough bread bowls are fantastic! But, all of their baked items are great!
Always quick service, wait times are short, and the staff are always pleasant and joyful to interact with.
As far as Panera's go it was in the upper echelons. Clean location and kind people
There was a problem with my order because they didn’t have romaine lettuce for a salad. I was asked to replace it and requested mixed greens only to have no greens or lettuce in my salad. No one thought to check with me to make sure I wanted a salad without the salad. Very disappointing
