Friendly staff but if you've never been there before there's no direction. You don't know where to pick up food
Got 2 Bacon chicken ranchers - both were greasy and at $11 each had very little chicken and just a few crumbles of bacon.
We are done ordering from this Panera. Twice now we have not received items because they are out of stock. Do they notify anyone? Nope. Staff is rude and have zero professionalism.
