Outdated online ordering system. Called me 5 minutes before pick up while I was on my way to tell me they couldn't do the order.
WHY, OH WHY is the air-conditioning in this place set to somewhere between "meat freezer" and "igloo"? Holy crap -- I have to bring a jacket in the dead of Summer just to sit comfortably for more than 5 minutes in there. That aside, many of the staff are wonderful, especially in the morning shift.
I was told it would be 10 minutes for my sandwich for breakfast at the drive thru speaker and then was told to wait to order.after ordering i pulled up to the window and paid and was told it would be atleast 10 more minutes. After another 15 minutes I was told the last order that just came it took the last asiago bagel and would you like it on something else ? Come on do better almost a half hour waisted on a bagle I didn't get do better!!!
There needs to be a second window for on line orders. You order ahead of time on line, and still wait in line 15 to 20 minutes to get your order. I don't know why they have an option for no cutlery when the kitchen staff ignores it.
