Ordered a full size Frontega chicken, which I've ordered lots of times. Got it home and it tasted like they'd gotten a new Teflon grill - STRONG Teflon taste. No sauce on the sandwich, either. Tried to call but no answer, and it's almost 8 pm a n d they were busy. No answer and my call disconnected after about 29 rings.
Staff is polite and friendly but the self serve coffee is always empty. Not just one but all flavors. Ran out of bagels. It has been a year since this review. I had hoped to delete it. Sadly, this is not the case.
Sometimes the food doesn’t come out perfectly, especially when i do drive thru. Employees are usually nice though. Great place to get some work done, it’s usually quiet enough.
This location suceeds well in the disappointment field. I get staff shortages and the demands of food service, having spent lots of time in this field, some in the military. What I don't get is being told to pull forward after making my payment, behind other cars doing the same, when my order is only a cup of soup. I am pretty sure it is already made and only needs to be ladled out into a to go container. This is one of many complaints I have. It's a chain, not the best but if you're looking for a panera you likely already know what it's like and are looking for something safe and predictable; in which case you'll likely not be disappointed.
