Always love going to our Panera Bread. They strive for great customer service and great clean food. Thanks for always being a comfortable, welcoming environment. Panera does good job of changing up some choices but keeping the the old favorites.
The lady who gave me my order was very rude and short with me. I thought maybe something about me had angered her for some reason, but she continued to be hateful toward the next two people that got their orders as well.

Walking into this location is disgusting. An untrained dog soiled the entire front airlock, and the summer heat has literally baked the urine stench into the entry. It smells like a hot, unwashed dog kennel, and no amount of lazy surface wiping is fixing it. First impressions matter, and this location clearly doesn't care. If management is fine letting guests breathe in baked-in dog piss right at the door, I dread to think what else isn't being properly sanitized where customers can't see.
