Asked for extra ice, barely got any in my green tea. Asked for an Asiago sausage and egg sandwich, got no sausage, got a bowl of chicken noodle soup, got no spoon. Handed my food in a rush and forgot about my green tea. Has me wait 5 minutes before ordering, then waited 15 at the window before I got my food. Definitely some things to work on.
Went through the drive thru at the S Campbell location around 6:40 am. The girl working the drive thru was rude, used no gloves and we asked for 4 butters and got one! Work on your employees customer service skills Panera!!!!
Love this location. Food was outstanding... service was fantastic!
