Let me start by saying we haven't been to a Panara bread in years. Traveling thru Columbus Georgia we felt like soup and a sandwich and what a treat! Our order taker Antonia was polite and patient with us explaining our options. Our order was out quickly. Our sandwiches where excellent, our soups plentiful and savory and a great value for our money. I thanked the manger on our way out, something I rarely do... especially since covid. Thank you for Welcoming us back to Panera!

Excellent service! Today during lunch I lost my phone and one of the team managers, Christopher, went above and beyond to help me find it! He was very understanding and helpful! I am so pleased with the lunch crew working today.
