Well I don’t treat much to this place and kind of a bummer today! Cold coffee and a lame Asiago bagel (usually great). At least the scone was good! Better luck next time maybe!!
The drive thru has been so slow lately I do t know what’s going on but waiting 25 mins in drive thru is crazy
1st time visiting Panera. No likely to go back. Indicated to cashier that we had never been here before. Placed our order of sandwich and 2 donuts. Cashier handed us a bag and said we were all set. So we left with our takeout order. Upon returning home about 20 miles away to open bag and only thing in bag was donuts. NO SANDWICH. called and spoke to manager and explained what happened.
