Pretty average panera. The wait for your food can definitely get crazy around lunch since it's right downtown, but it's usually nice and cozy for dinner. The coffee is almost never down, but sometimes the soda machine is.
Recently placed an order for Bakers dozen on Tuesday at 6am for pick-up at 8:30am. I received call at 8:15 from store to let me know they did not have the flavors I had ordered, But I could wait until 9:30 when more would be ready. I declined as I did not want to wait. I ended up with 9 plain and 4 cinnamon. The plain were rock hard the following day.
