My wife and I stopped in to get three dozen bagels to take to her clients. We ordered and then proceeded to wait 45 minutes. Each time we asked the employee how much longer it would be, he said he had no idea and that he had to take care of other customers. Somehow our priority was lesser than every single person that walked in the door. We couldn't wait any longer so we had to leave and dispute the charge on our credit card.
