I ordered an Italian steak and mozzarella on foccia bread, it tasted great until I FOUND A HAIR IN IT. The floors looked dirty but not too bad. But again WEAR HAIR NETS!!!
Giving a 3 star because there wasn’t a hand sanitizer near the self service kiosk. Germs are still a thing and no matter how great the food is, hand hygiene is still important for customers.
I used to enjoy panera's in Fayetteville so much back in the day. The last few years their quality has gotten so bad even their bagels are almost inedible now they're so greasy and flat. I do enjoy the drive-through feature I just wish it moved along a little bit quicker waiting 10 minutes for a couple bagels and the drinks especially when I'm just asking them to put the bagels in the bag uncut as they are, seem a little excessive. And your pricing is just crazy.
