The kids that work here are not smart🫤 They heated my pastry in the microwave for too long. They didn't have anymore of the pastry I ordered so I couldn't get another one and they would not refund me. If you work in a pastry shop, are you not trained that breads should be microwaved for 10 sec or less, not 30!!!!! Put the microwaves back out in the common area where patrons can heat their own food. PLEASE!
Service at this Panera Bread is beyond trash! It’s been progressively worse! It started off with them almost never being able to get your order right! Now I sit in the drive thru for 40 mins and have me order read back to me WRONG, I correct it and they still don’t get my order right. I just drove off. This staff needs major training or this location is going down fast.
It's 8:17PM. You all close at 9:00PM. Why are we being told you won't make hot sandwiches because it's so close to closing time? If that's the case, close at 8. Terrible service. Left without purchasing anything. Update: we went to McAlister's on Two Notch - they also close at 9. They had 0 issue preparing a hot sandwich as listed on their menu. Will be sure to go there from now on.
Too expensive for my taste! 2 soups and one drink $22.00! Nah, not for me!
