New Panera is better for seating and has a drive thru
I love the broccoli cheese soup and tuna sandwich. It's awesome.

This is the third time in a row that they haven't had what I wanted to order. How do you never have the food you are offering?
It is considered rude to sit next to an outlet when you are not using the outlet (I.e. laptop). Outlets are scarce here and are reserved for people working.
It's 25 degrees out yet Panera doesn't have heir heat on, which is super problematic.
Sit near the door so you can laugh at all the people who try to push the front door in and slam right into it. It is a pull! Very misleading.
