Very friendly staff. They do a great job with customer service. Food was good and prepared quickly.
If you seek a cold, lifeless, non verbal customer experience, this is the place for you! 1st time I experienced it, I really didn't think too much about it after I left. The 2nd time, my wife and went and as soon as we walked in, I remembered again. No one wants to take your order, you must order from the kiosk, which is fine most times. Great place to meet an old friend over a cup of coffee and breakfast to catch up with life. I especially liked how it was quiet enough that you could hear easily and talk in a normal voice. Furthermore, I found the food and service were perfect.
This is the friendliest Panera I have ever been to! The soup was good - the guys who work there were great! What fun!
