I ordered ahead and got the “order ready” confirmation on the 8 minute drive over. WHY DID I WAIT 30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU?? I thought it was a fluke the first time. The second I didn’t have time to address it. This isn’t the first time they took forever when they told me the order was ready. If I an going to wait thirty minutes then I can drive to Pensacola, Navarre, or FWB.
I must be getting old, but this was a bit surreal to me. Walked up to the counter, the only one in that area, not a single person greeted me. So I said ok…will go to the kiosk and order. Went to get the delicious NEW strawberry & chicken salad. They didn’t have it. Ok will do the NEW strawberry salad without chicken…another nope. Found the BACON Parmesan salad YUM! Then tried to order the delicious teas they had advertised…passion something, nope, citrus something nope and some other one nope. And every time I had to go back... read more
This Panera bread has really upped their game. Greysen always makes the coffee perfect to order and every time I see her at the window, I know it'll be perfect!
