Panera you failed in hiring people who care about customer service. There was an Iced Van Latte on our order for my daughter, and when I went to pick the order up at the counter I didn't know the Bakery department was to prep this item. So, I asked Greg for a coffee cup. My daughter just walked up as Greg rudely plopped the cup on the counter with an attitude. At that time, my daughter said it was an Iced coffee.
