These establishments are only marginally better than fast food and for the price its an utter rip-off. In washington good restraunts are hard to come by.
I've been to several Panera Bread restaurants all around the St. Louis area.. Imagine my excitement that one was opening only 9 miles away!! Well, that excitement turned to disappointment after eating at this new franchise.. (Terribly hard bread, almost too tough to chew).. I made my complaints known on the website, naming this location and never received even a confirmation from them..
