I live here locally and I have been to this location several times in the past two years and I’ve noticed the quality to continue to decline over the last 3 to 4 visits here. My dear friend was visiting me from Michigan and we decided to take Panera bread home for dinner after a day of shopping. We both chose a salad and proceeded to go home to enjoy our meal. Great place. Enjoy the food and bakery. Prices a little high. Get on their app for discounts. Went in on 10/8 for my anniversary with Panera...they said my coupon expired...I have been a faithful patron of this restaurant....they could of let it slide...
This is the first Panera bread that I go into with having a horrible experience, Bad management it’s not even 3:30 in the afternoon and They are out of bread!!!! On top of that, I literally gave the order correct as for toasted and hot melted cheese at a side of chips. I got a side of apple on toasted bread, cold and the soup is cold.!!!
