This was my first time trying Panera bread. I ordered through the app and I'm so glad that I did. I walked in and there was a line and only one person helping customers even though I saw other employees. The next issue was there wasn't any signage to tell where to pickup online orders. After waiting a few minutes another went to the back of the store and found out this was where you picked up online orders. Now back to the sandwich it was delicious. Cool salads though a bit pricey I got 🤞 was able to snag 2 cinnamon rolls without frosting!
I just ordered from panera. The food was delicious. I want to thank the girl that attended me today 2:30pm it was Stacy she was really nice, very friendly. Once I entered the door she was really patient with me and said hi once I walked in the door. I told her I didn't know what to order and she told me to let her know when I was ready. She understood me when I was struggling to figure out what my family wanted to eat so I could order it.
