First they do a bait and switch worth the sip club now they're taking away Rapid pickup. Half the reason i is Panera is so i can grab and go and NOT have to interact with a person. You have the shelves right there, yet i still have to wait till someone shows up at the window or i feel like I'm bothering them for my cup as they always have their backs to you. I will simply switch to getting drinks at Circle K and 7 Eleven. More locations and they treat customers better.

The service was friendly and the food was delicious. The seating area could have been picked up better than it was. Overall, still a good place to eat.
