Panera just isn’t what it used to be. Service and foods marginal at best
We do go a far amount but their prices are high given shrinking portion sizes & corporate off-site kitchen tasting food. Good luck finding an inside table that is not wobbly - or clean. Fresh - or any - coffee is also hard to find in afternoons & poor counter peeps too busy to refill urns. Nice terrace seating.
Normally I love Panera, but this location was lackluster mainly due to the unenthusiastic person taking orders at the counter. He was not interested in answering my questions. As a result, my order did not come out as expected.
We were welcomed ,informed on questions and received the best customer service. We will be returning.
