First time eating at a Panera. I found the menu confusing. Girl at the counter seemed to be confused. Menu said baked potato but they had none. I asked what kind of sides they have they tell me soup or salid then after i make an order she asks me if i want chips? Aren't chips a side? If i said no to chips was there another option? I ordered my sandwich with no tomato and no onion. It came out with them. Receipt says if your order isnt correct you get a treat.
